Although commercial development is expanding in the area, many large farms are still in proximity, providing a tranquil, scenic setting within minutes of upscale shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. This commercial office building will be one story, with 15,438 square feet of gross building area. The entry will include a completely covered drop off with large metal roof overhang with an aluminum and glass two story architectural element creating a highly visible main entrance. Metal horizontal panel blue accent walls with ground face masonry sills and exterior walls will integrate with other building materials in Susquehanna Union Green. Lighting and metal awnings around the perimeter will provide visual interest and streetscape enhancement around the entire building. The building and landscaping will create extensive pedestrian connections and walkability.
Linlo Properties, in cooperation with the Vartan Group, TKS Architects Inc, Integra Engineering, KBP Associates, Consulting Engineering, and Weidner Construction Services, will begin the process of constructing a 15,438 square foot 1 story Medical Office building for the Susquehanna Union Green community.
