About

Linda Gates is the Chief Financial Officer and is actively involved in the day-to-day financial operations of Linlo Properties; as well as overseeing ongoing construction/remodeling projects with the Construction and Property Management team. Prior to Linlo, Linda helped build the foundation for Gates, Halbruner, Hatch & Guise P.C law firm serving as Bookkeeper, Accounting, and Office Manager. Building a vast rapport in the Finance, Human Resource, and Office Management Linda’s skills became transferrable to all aspects of her life – even her membership in several nonprofit organizations. Besides her 4 children and 6 grandchildren Linda enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, physical fitness, and relaxing on her farm.
